The Gustav Berning chocolate factory has been making largely hand-finished truffles, pralines and other traditional confectionery products since 1915. The range includes a wide selection of truffles and pralines in different flavours, including such items as mousse pralines, cream truffles, special marzipan pralines and other high-quality confectionery products, like fondants, jelly sweets, fruit gums and rum-flavoured chocolates. The company produces both year-round items and seasonal articles for sale at Christmas and Easter.

Tradition plays a major role at Berning, and helps to explain how we have managed to hand down our precious recipes from generation to generation and conserve our strict and consistent approach to quality across the entire product range. Another key element in this respect is the unstintingly high quality of our raw materials.

The Berning company has successfully managed to combine its solid and deeply-rooted traditions with the innovative approach of an organization fully prepared to welcome new challenges. This process started back in 1982, with the launch of our protein bar products, and has remained so ever since, as the firm continues to be a reliable supplier to its customers. The striving to innovate continues unabated, with a current project designed to allow the production of luxury whipped-mousse pralines.
