BERNING Original Jamaica Rum chocolates consist of a fine truffle-like filling flavoured with genuine Jamaica rum. The filling is rolled into a cocoa-based shell which is, in turn, covered by hand with sugar-coated vermicelli. This product can be safely stored in summer, with its soft filling kept intact by the cocoa-based shell around it and the strongly-flavoured rum that it contains.
Our jelly and fruit-gum confectionery is still made in the traditional way, with a wide range of mouth-watering flavours and fine chocolate coatings. The range includes fruit-flavoured jellies, jelly stars and jelly bears.
Our fondant products consist of a soft, creamy filling encased in a shell of fine chocolate. They are available with various flavours, including fruit and peppermint, and in different shapes.
Our coconut chocolates consist of a soft coconut-flavoured filling encased in a shell of full-milk or bitter-sweet plain chocolate. This product is likewise available with genuine Jamaica Rum flavoured filling and a soft chocolate casing, and also in star shapes and other attractive decorative styles.
