Berning's pralines and truffles are made using traditional techniques that involve a large amount of skilled hand-finishing. These products contain only top-grade ingredients, and are manufactured to correspondingly high standards of quality. The secret of this high quality lies, above all, in the ingredients used.
The fillings for our praline and truffle chocolates are made with great care and attention to detail, using such luxury flavourings as brandy and genuine Jamaica rum. The truffle filling is then encased in a coating of fine chocolate before receiving its attractive decoration and/or wrapping.
An innovative special production process allows us to coat variously-flavoured whipped and other high-quality mousse praline fillings in a crunchy chocolate shell.
These different types of finely-flavoured truffle and praline then go into our beautifully-designed selection boxes, which we will also be pleased to make up to individual customer order.
